6 × 60-minute 1:1 sessions (weekly via Zoom).
Personal leadership roadmap — built with Claire through each session.
Email or Voxer support between sessions.
Optional 3-month follow-up to track progress and celebrate wins.
Each session focuses on a key theme:
Confidence, communication, influence, boundaries, visibility, and momentum.
You’ll leave every session with something practical to apply immediately in your role.
