About Your Coach: Claire Joy
I work with experienced technical and quality professionals who’ve stepped into leadership roles and realised that expertise alone is no longer enough.
Most of the people I work with already know what needs to happen.
The challenge is rarely the technical work itself.
The challenge is influencing people, navigating resistance, communicating clearly under pressure, and leading effectively in environments where expectations are high and complexity is constant.
Before coaching, I spent years working across quality management, auditing, certification, and operational leadership inside complex systems and high-pressure environments.
So this work is not theoretical for me.
I understand the reality of:
responsibility without authority
difficult conversations
reactive cultures
leadership fatigue
organisational pressure
being the person everyone turns to when things go wrong
knowing what needs to happen, but struggling to get others moving with you
My coaching approach is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world leadership experience.
Because most leadership challenges are not purely technical.
They sit in the conversations, relationships, behaviours, and human dynamics around the work.
Coaching creates space to think more clearly, respond more effectively under pressure, and navigate leadership in a way that feels more sustainable, human, and effective.
